We offer help and assistance with all sorts of computer problems, particularly with configuration of software, but also with virus removal, identification of hardware problems, system upgrades, hardware and software purchase and installation, etc.

We are particularly keen to offer tuition in all aspects of computing, so that you the customer has a better knowledge of the cause of any problem, and is better able to avoid a similar problem in the future. 

It should be noted that we do not normally repair faulty hardware, as we do not maintain the necessary stores to cope with the large numbers of machine types that are available.

Most of these activities will take place at the customer premises, but we also offer tuition and demonstration on our own machines if this is more convenient. 

Our standard charge for all these activities is £20 per hour, with a minimum of £10 per visit. There will be an additional charge for travelling if outside the local area. There may occasionally additional expenses for telephone call charges or similar.

We do not normally charge for telephone or e-mail help, providing this facility is not abused!
